The company won, bidding for the assigned right of construction BGN 18,200,000. Of this, 6% (or a little over BGN 1 million) was paid to the Municipality of Ruse before signing the contract, and the rest of the price reached at the tender will be paid on 29 equal annual contributions or a little under BGN 600 thousand per year, which will ensure solid income in the municipal treasury.
