The city of Ruse leads the ranking of “European cities and regions of the future” 2022/23 in the category of cost-effectiveness for small European cities of fDi Intelligence (a division in the Financial Times). Ruse region took the lead in the same category within the small regions ranking. Data on 505 locations (319 cities, 148 regions and 38 local business partners) were included in this prestigious ranking.
