The Municipality of Ruse reminds all interested parties that the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (MLSP) announced at the end of January a procedure for recruiting project proposals under Component 1 (K1) "Affordable Housing" from the National Program for Affordable Housing and Personal Mobility (NP). The deadline for their acceptance is April 24.

Any person with a permanent disability can apply for financing under K1 from the NP with an individual assessment of needs prepared in accordance with the Law on Persons with Disabilities. This assessment is prepared in the "Social Assistance" Directorate of the Social Assistance Agency at the person's current address and serves as an official verification of the circumstances declared by the applicant to identify him as an object of the Program.

Eligible candidates under K1 from NP are:

- any natural person - the owner of an individual residential building (single-family or multi-family with up to 3 independent objects) who is permanently disabled, moving with a wheelchair, or in whose family there is a member or a child with a permanent disability, moving with wheelchair, with permanent or current address in the same building;

- any legal entity - an association that was established and registered under the Condominium Management Act (ZUES), when there is a homeowner in the residential building who is a person with a permanent disability who uses a wheelchair, or whose family has a member or child with a permanent disability who uses a wheelchair with a permanent or current address in the same building.

The necessary documents for application with project proposals under K1 from NP are submitted until 24.04.2023 inclusive, on paper and electronic media, on-site (from Monday to Friday - from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), on courier or by mail to the address: 1051 Sofia, 2 Triaditsa St., Center for Information and Services of the MTSP (office).
