The Ministry of Tourism has developed a Guide with the aim of assisting participants in the tourism industry by raising their awareness of financing opportunities through the use of funds from European funds and programs.

The guide presents all possibilities for financing the tourism sector under the National Plan for Recovery and Sustainability of the Republic of Bulgaria, under programs financed by the European Funds under shared management 2021-2027, as well as under other EU programs.

For all funding opportunities, a link to the official website of each program/fund/instrument is presented, in order to create a practical opportunity for anyone interested to be able to follow up-to-date information and invitations to solicit project proposals on it, as well as to be able to gets acquainted with the indicative annual work program containing a brief summary of the procedures planned for announcement for the relevant year.

Among the eligible beneficiaries under the individual programs are: representatives of civil society (non-governmental organizations); representatives of business (enterprises), the scientific community; partnerships of various interested parties operating on the territory of the Ruse municipality, including state bodies, regional and municipal administration.
