Today, the first Bulgarian tourist passenger of the season docked at the "Danube Tours" pontoon. The cruise ship "Rousse Prestige" is carrying 62 passengers from Germany.

The tourists were welcomed with music and traditional Bulgarian products. Deputy Mayor Zlatomira Stefanova greeted the guests of the city and the crew of the ship. Employees of the "Tourism" unit provided brochures with possible places to visit and the slogan "Enjoy every Ruse minute!" (Enjoy every Ruse minute!). Passengers on the ship will visit the Basarbov Rock Churches and then have a few hours of free time around the city for sightseeing.

The ship is expected to depart at around 19:00, heading for Vidin. Ruse is one of the stops on the route of tourists who travel along the Passau section - the Danube Delta.
