April 19 is the deadline for purchasing documents for participation in the auction for the rental of kiosks for commercial activity, located in the immediate vicinity of the public transport stops in Ruse.

With the current procedure, it is planned to let 27 pavilions, with the initial monthly auction prices ranging from BGN 50 to BGN 100. The pavilions are between 4 and 6 square meters in size, and some of them are equipped with modules for placing refrigerated display cases.

The purchase of the tender documentation and the submission of the documents takes place at the Center for Information and Administrative Services (CIAO) of the Municipality of Ruse, Svoboda Square №6 from 9:00 a.m. on March 29 to 5:30 p.m. on April 19.

Payment of the tender documentation can also be made by bank transfer: IBAN BG96IORT73798400080000, type of payment 444000, bank code IORTBGSF, every working day and can be obtained from counter #2 at the CIAO of the Municipality of Ruse, Svoboda Square #6.

Inspections of the premises can be made every working day from 10 am on 29 March to 3 pm on 19 April in the presence of an employee from the Department of Trade and Tenancy Relations.

We remind you that on the initiative of the mayor Pencho Milkov, the Municipality of Ruse terminated the contracts with the two concessionaires of the public transport stops. This allowed the Municipality to take care of them, and the citizens were given the opportunity to develop commercial activities in the kiosks located nearby.
