The project BG16RFPR001-1.009-0001 “Provision of comprehensive services to enterprises in Northern Bulgaria aimed at supporting their sustainable development and growth with assistance from the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises” is implemented by the agency itself.

The project activities are focused on supporting micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Northern Bulgaria with the primary goal of enhancing business competitiveness and promoting sustainable economic development.

To achieve these objectives, six mobile teams have been established, each consisting of two experts. These teams operate in 14 regional cities: Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Razgrad, Targovishte, Silistra, Dobrich, Shumen and Varna. Their role is to provide accurate information and expert assistance to SMEs regarding opportunities for European and national funding, application conditions and procedures for obtaining financial support.

Through a personalized approach, the mobile teams help enterprises identify the most suitable funding instruments and development opportunities. They offer guidance in recognizing current and upcoming procedures, initiatives and tools that can support business growth and innovation.

The project runs for 36 months and aims to support more than 2,500 micro, small and medium enterprises in the northern regions of Bulgaria. By doing so, it contributes to sustainable economic growth, improved competitiveness and increased access to financial and development opportunities for local businesses.
