March 28 is the deadline in which the employees of the Municipality of Ruse will accept documents in connection with the administration's launched campaign to assist applicants for free rehabilitation. Loanable funds for the issuance of technical passports, energy surveys and architectural surveys of the blocks that will apply under the program are provided by the own budget of the Municipality of Ruse. Their amount is up to BGN 1 million.

In the case of an approved project proposal, the provided funds will be reimbursed from the funding received under the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - stage I" (Procedure under the National Plan for Recovery and Sustainability of the Republic of Bulgaria. In the event that the applicant building is not approved for financing under the above-mentioned procedure, the funds received should be returned to the Municipality of Ruse within 12 months from the entry into force of the decision to refuse financing under the procedure.

Associations of the owners of multi-family residential buildings meeting the following conditions will be approved for the granting of loanable funds by the Municipality of Ruse:

- the owners of more than 95% of ideal parts of the common parts of a condominium are members of the Association of the owners of multi-family residential buildings and have supported the implementation of the project during the voting of the general meeting;

- the owners' association applies under the procedure with an entire building, not with a separate block-section or group of block-sections;

- 100% of the owners in the condominium have signed Declarations of readiness to provide access to their independent objects;

- the association of the owners of multi-family residential buildings provides the Municipality of Ruse with an offer or concluded a contract with a licensed company for carrying out the activities specified in item 1 of this decision;

Owners' associations wishing to participate with their own funds in the procedure "Support for sustainable energy renovation of the residential building stock - Stage I" of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works can do so until May 10.
