The goal is to hear the opinion of as wide a range of people as possible and to raise public awareness about the development priorities of the Municipality of Ruse. Integrated planning requires the participation of all stakeholders in investment decisions related to an area's housing, infrastructure, education and health, as well as transport, economic growth, social and cultural well-being. The project also foresees overcoming the negative trends in the demographic development of the municipality.
